New FMA Privacy Policy

The Fulfillment Management Association obtains information from you through the event registration and membership sign up processes.

The information you provide may be used in the following ways:

To contact you regarding:

• Customer service relating to your registration or membership transaction

• Information about upcoming events

• Membership renewal promotion

• Event and programming surveys

• Your membership benefits, including scholarships and FMA awards

• To compile the annual Membership Directory

The FMA may on occasion make our membership list available to carefully selected third parties whose products and services are deemed to support the FMA mission.

You may update your contact preferences any time by logging into the FMA site.

Should the FMA change it’s Privacy Policy, the new policy will be posted on the FMA site.
