Renee has been at Meredith since 1994. As a Fulfillment Manager she is responsible for the relationship with our fulfillment provider for all of Meredith's magazine subscription titles. This includes all front end processes for orders, bills, renewals and gifts, as well as all customer service. Prior to coming to Meredith, Renee worked at Communications Data Services for 17 years having numerous responsibilities. In her last five year years with CDS, she was an Account Executive managing several magazine clients.
Renee is committed to providing first-class customer service whether it is on the phone, in the mail or online. Renee is an industry leader in optimizing vendor products to improve the customer experience and increase revenue for Meredith. For example, she was a beta client in setting up the vendor's IVR system.
Renee's latest passion is optimizing the value of every customer contact, regardless of medium, for cross-sells and up-sells. Where Fulfillment is generally just a support group that is seen as an expense, Renee is helping Meredith generate sales in a relatively new arena. She is taking advantage of systems intelligence to provide offers to our customers that best match their interests.
