Circulation/Audience Development Manager

Collaborate with us on meeting circulation unit, revenue, and expense goals and on strategies to unlock sales, reduce costs, and develop revenue in all operational areas. Responsibilities:

• Detailed reporting and strategic analysis of all audience data, including production, promotion, and renewal analysis, and other reports as required.

• Managing retention schedules and day-to-day interaction with multiple fulfillment vendors. Maximizing effectiveness of renewal and billing activities for all subscriber sources, including direct mail, inserts, gifts, auto-renewals, online, and digital-only subs.

• Managing upcoming fulfillment conversions for multiple titles.
• Conceptualizing and executing direct mail, print, social, and digital campaigns and promotions to meet circ goals and build audience for multiple titles and product lines. Working collaboratively to develop new marketing strategies for digital, bundled, and premium subs.

• Preparing and filing ABC statements and overseeing annual audits.

• Managing and mentoring junior circulation staff.
