Joe Furgiuele Is the Founder and President of FCI, Furgiuele & Company, Inc., a company dedicated to making marketing data actionable. For 25 years, FCI has been helping clients analyze data, generate information, and create knowledge to drive their marketing efforts forward, through consulting services and custom designed software solutions.

Working throughout Direct Marketing, FCI has developed a concentration in Publishing with a suite of software solutions designed to make the data manipulation more accurate, the process more efficient, the staff more productive, and management more informed. FCI’s clients include Adirondack Direct, BMI, Boardroom, Inc., Bonnier, Chase Bank, Condé Nast, Consumers Union, The Economist, Fisher Price, Guideposts, Hearst Magazines, HFM U.S., IBM, March of Dimes, MeritDirect, PetCareRx.com, RMI Direct Marketing, Scholastic, Source Interlink Media, Symantec, The Walt Disney Company, Yahoo, Ziff-Davis Media …and many others.

Before starting FCI, as Circulation Marketing Director of CBS Magazines’ Leisure Magazine Group, Joseph Furgiuele and his staff were entirely responsible for all circulation activities on a number of titles. Before joining CBS, Mr. Furgiuele was with The Kleid Company, Inc., a list brokerage firm.

He’s taught Graduate and Under-Graduate courses in Database Marketing, DM Financial Planning & Analysis, and Advanced Analysis, Modeling & Statistics at FIT/SUNY, Mercy College and NYU. Joe is a current member, past Board member, and 2005 recipient of the prestigious Silver Apple Award – all from the DMCNY. He is also, and has been, active in the FMA, HVDMA, as well as the DMA Circulation & List Councils – serving on the Operating & Event committees for many years.
